1. Eligibility:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
• The item(s) must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
• Final sale items, including accessories and undergarments, are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process:

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within the 14-day period.
• Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
• Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RA#).

3. Packaging and Shipping:

• Please ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
• Include the original invoice or a copy of it in the return package.
• You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Refund or Exchange:

• Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund or exchange.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is not available, we will issue a refund instead.

5. Store Credit Option:

•  If you prefer, we can provide you with store credit instead of a refund. Store credit will be issued in the form of a unique code that can be used for future purchases.

Please note that Sustainable Style Company reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria or are returned after the 14-day period.
